Vacuum forming

Vacuum forming
During vacuum moulding, the blank (plastic sheet) is heated to a plastic state and then stretched to a pre-prepared matrix (shape).

In the process, a vacuum is used, allowing the plastic to take the form of a matrix. When the material cools, it is removed.

Many plastics are sold in sheet form and can accordingly be subjected to a molding process. The most popular materials used for vacuum molding are ABS and polystyrene.

We use sophisticated vacuum molding equipment, which gives us a high production speed and precision.
